Indoor Air Project

Invitation to participate on the Indoor Air Steering Committee – earn a $25 gift card!

The Kashia Department of Environmental Planning and the Housing Department, in conjunction with the California Tribal Epidemiology Center, is working on a project to address Indoor Air concerns in Homes of Kashia Tribal Members. As part of this project, there will be a Steering Committee to work on developing a questionnaire /assessment that will be asked of the Community to collect information on the indoor air quality in homes. Information received will be assessed to see what indoor air issues our Tribal Membership faces and work on developing resources and strategies to address them.

We plan on having our first meeting of the Steering Committee on December 2nd at 3:30 PM through Zoom. The goal is to work on a questionnaire that can be ready early next year. The first 10 who sign up to participate will be eligible for at $25 gift card!

We anticipate the time commitment to be approximately 20 hours between December – February. This includes, at a minimum, two Committee meetings, and correspondence via email or phone.

If you are interested in participating in the Steering Committee, please contact me at (707) 591-0580 x 107 (office), (707) 326-4758 (cell) or email (nina@stewartspoint.org) by December 2, 2020.
